As part of their topic on Evolution and Inheritance Biology, Year 6 have studied and made posters about Mary Anning, the famous amateur paleontologist from Lyme Regis, England, who collected and sold fossils in order to scrape out a living. (The tongue-twister “She sells sea shells by the seashore is about Mary Anning.)
